C2C Community is the people side of Catalyst to Courage. It exists so that learning, building, and figuring things out happen alongside others instead of alone.
Our philosophy
Catalyst to Courage builds products and services under one mission. Community is the part of that mission that is about people: the questions they have, the experience they carry, and the progress they want to make.
You do not need a business, a title, or a plan to take part. Some members are starting companies. Others are learning a skill, changing direction, or sharing what they have spent years figuring out. The community is designed to hold all of that at once.
Conversations are organized around four pillars, Build, Execute, Create, and Identity, so you can find the part of the community that matches where you are right now and move between them as your interests change.
What we ask of each other
Simple commitments that keep the community useful and welcoming.
Ask the question you actually have. Nobody is keeping score of what you should already know.
If you have been through it, say so. A short, honest answer from experience is worth more than a polished opinion.
Disagree with ideas, not people. Keep it constructive, keep it kind, and keep private things private.
Marketplace listings and services go through approval. No unsolicited pitches in conversations.
Half-finished ideas and early drafts are welcome. That is what the community is for.
Full rules live in the Terms of Use. Moderators review reports and can remove content or members who ignore them.
